Terms of Service

Keeri is a business operations platform for authorised teams to manage product catalogue data, leads, orders, inventory, invoices, payments, marketplace publishing and customer communications.

Access to the Maple Furnishers workspace is limited to authorised Maple Furnishers team members and approved service providers.

Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts. Workspace administrators may create, suspend, restrict or remove user access based on business needs and role permissions.

• Use Keeri only for authorised business operations.
• Keep account credentials confidential and do not share logins.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading or unauthorised content.
• Do not attempt to bypass role permissions, tenant separation or security controls.

Data entered into a workspace remains the responsibility of the business that operates that workspace. Users must ensure that product, customer, order, invoice and communication records are accurate and lawfully handled.

Keeri may connect to services such as WhatsApp Business Platform, Shopify, email delivery, object storage and hosting providers. Use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Keeri is provided for business use and may be updated, maintained or restricted as needed for security, reliability and operational improvements. No system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
